In fact, being a PM, you must keep and generate power and momentum.

What's the difference between power and momentum? Power means the right, the privilege and the relationship while momentum means the passion in you and your team members.

There's no one would keep the schedule or try to make up for errors, except PM yourself. The rule is very simple: You are the one who cares about your product/ project most. First thing keeping in mind is that You are for your product/projce, in which your value appears.

Right /privilege needs enough time to prove. Sometimes (or always) it's highly related to your title. But don't be afraid of it once you are a rookie like me. Why not? Cause it would be an essential process for a rookie to build relationship with everyone in the firm politely to set up your wonderful "first image."

Passion is nothing (to be honest) but shall be necessarily exist to help you reach the goal set by your boss/boss's boss..etc. To keep your passion, the best way is to forget about your dignity and temper as I said in Vo.1. It's hard since we do have our own self-esteem and we do want to make everything done perferctly.

 Take it easy whenever you've done your best: Accidents do happen.  What you have to do is trying to compensate (back-up solution matters!!!)but appologizing & feeling disppointed :)

 On the other hand, your boss (or your perfectionism) would tell you that you always have the room to make progress. Well, it's true, but it's not a permanent law. So.....just think of it and think further. What's the worst is not making mistakes but making same mistakes again and again.
